Night Groom – Luxury Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Barrière’s Fouquet’s Mykonos seeks a Night Groom to ensure a seamless, luxury experience for guests arriving or departing during the night shift. You will be the face of the front office, safeguarding security, handling luggage, and coordinating with housekeeping and room service to prepare for early‑morning arrivals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during night check‑in/check‑out, delivering a high‑end service experience.
• Handle guest luggage with care, escorting guests to suites or villas while showcasing hotel amenities.
• Oversee security, tranquility, and administrative tasks of the Front Office throughout the night.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, emergencies, and complaints, upholding Barrière’s service quality standards.
• Conduct regular property patrols to ensure safety, security, and compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.
• Coordinate with night housekeeping and room‑service teams to guarantee flawless preparation for early arrivals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong sense of discretion, diplomacy, and efficiency when handling guest needs and emergencies.
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high service standards.
