Motion Designer

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Motion Designer to create, adapt and produce video, motion and digital creative assets. Working within the Creative Hub, you will collaborate with the Design, Brand, Digital and Media teams to strengthen Vodafone’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create video, motion and digital‑first content from briefs, ensuring high aesthetic quality.
• Edit and adapt video, animation and static assets, adding motion graphics and visual effects for social and digital channels.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to support ideation, content creation and asset scaling while maintaining consistency.
• Prepare assets for multiple audiences, formats and platforms, managing several projects simultaneously.
• Share best practices in motion design and video editing across the Design Chapter.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends, tools and techniques in motion design, AI‑assisted creativity and video production.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design, video editing or digital content production, preferably in an agency, studio or in‑house team.
• Strong visual judgment, attention to detail and ability to turn briefs into engaging visual ideas.
• Good understanding of digital and social media content formats, trends and best practices.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design, video editing and digital creative work.
