Mid Level Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Performance Marketing Specialist to turn media spend into measurable business growth. You will work hands‑on across paid media platforms, analyse campaign data, and translate insights into smarter decisions that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Own day‑to‑day performance, continuously improving ROAS, CPA, conversions and overall efficiency.
• Allocate and adjust media budgets based on performance metrics and business priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, reach and frequency.
• Build performance reports and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop and optimise prospecting, remarketing and audience strategies.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, campaign structures and landing pages.
• Contribute to full‑funnel digital strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, CRM and other marketing teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new platforms, formats, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance, paid media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with performance data.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership and proactive attitude.
• Very good command of English.
