Mid-level Accountant – Finance & Compliance

About the role

Doctoranytime is seeking a mid‑level Accountant to join its finance team. You will play a key part in recording, reconciling and supporting the company’s financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record, classify and verify financial transactions, including AP, AR and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts, expense accounts, receivables and payables.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring and reporting.
• Support compliance activities, audits and tax filings as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial software or ERP systems.
