Medical Writer – Non‑Interventional & RWE Specialist

About the role

Optimapharm is seeking a Medical Writer to join its Medical Affairs team in Greece. The role focuses on non‑interventional studies, observational research and Real‑World Evidence projects, turning complex clinical data into clear, scientifically robust deliverables for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Author, review and finalize clinical, scientific, regulatory and publication documents.
• Lead medical writing activities for interventional and non‑interventional studies, including RWE and observational research.
• Develop study protocols, study reports, manuscripts, abstracts and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in medical, life science, pharmacy, epidemiology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of medical or scientific writing experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device environment.
• Proven experience supporting non‑interventional studies, patient registries or Real‑World Evidence projects.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, regulatory requirements and medical writing standards.

Required skills

• Familiarity with FDA, EMA, ICH and observational research guidelines.
