Medical Delegate – Healthcare Professional Relations

About the role

As a Medical Delegate you will act as a scientific bridge between Nestlé’s medical nutrition portfolio and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Greece. You will educate HCPs on product benefits, support patient care, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HCPs in private practices and hospitals.
• Deliver accurate scientific information about Nestlé products such as Solgar, Vital Protein, and Minami.
• Visit territories regularly, meeting set performance goals and reporting activities.
• Act as a partner to help HCPs understand how nutrition solutions improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in paramedical studies or related field (asset).
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Strong PC and CRM knowledge.
