Medical Information Specialist (Dutch, French, English)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join its Safety Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for health‑care professionals and patients, handling medical inquiries, adverse events and product quality issues across several therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, fax and email support to HCPs and patients, receiving and tracking medical inquiries, adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Document all interactions accurately and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain effective communication with the local management team, reporting project metrics, challenges and successes.
• Foster a collaborative environment with other lifecycle safety team members.
• Participate in training, working groups and initiatives to improve processes and implement new safety services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline.
• Native‑level written and spoken Dutch (C2) and advanced French (C1) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Strong willingness to learn across lifecycle safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
