Marketing Specialist (Brand & Growth)

About the role

REACH Technologies is building the Influence Exchange, a platform that turns influencer activity into a tradable asset. As a Marketing Specialist you will shape the brand’s visual identity, voice, and presence across all channels, helping the fast‑growing startup reach the right audience in Greece, Cyprus and the broader European market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the REACH brand – visual identity, tone of voice, and cross‑channel consistency.
• Manage and grow social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email communications.
• Design, execute and optimise end‑to‑end campaigns – from brief to creative copy and distribution.
• Run paid advertising on Meta, TikTok and Google, set budgets, analyse data and iterate.
• Identify, negotiate and close partnership opportunities with media, creators and collaborators.
• Develop deep product knowledge to explain campaign mechanics, creator matching and client metrics.
• Track weekly performance, produce clear reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to articulate visual concepts.
• Excellent storytelling skills to make the platform compelling.
• Fast learner who adapts to new marketing tools and platforms.
• Proven ownership – evidence of building or growing a brand, page or project.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker.
• Relevant experience in marketing, content, social media or brand work (internships, freelance, personal projects).
• Active extracurricular record demonstrating drive.
• Native‑level Greek and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Right to work in the EU and ability to be based in Athens.
