Marketing & Social Media Associate (Brand, Marketing & Communications)

About the role

EY is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Associate to join its Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team in Thessaloniki. You will help shape EY’s social media presence and support a range of local marketing initiatives across Northern Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating and publishing engaging social media content in Greek and English.
• Maintain social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the creative team to gather content and produce visuals.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports on social media activity.
• Contribute ideas for new content formats and engagement strategies.
• Support the execution of local marketing projects such as events, sponsorships, CSR activities and other initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities in both Greek and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends.
• Ability to draft, edit and adapt content for various digital channels.
