Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the Commercial Division of VIPA Hellas, a leading European recycling and recovered‑material trading company, by delivering practical marketing solutions that drive lead generation and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead‑generation activities across digital and traditional channels to feed the commercial pipeline.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as leaflets, brochures, presentations and other sales‑support materials.
• Coordinate VIPA’s participation in trade exhibitions and industry events, handling planning, logistics, on‑site presence and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain and develop the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.
• Manage the digital presence, including website content and LinkedIn channel updates.
• Support the commercial team with market research, competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis.
• Collaborate with external partners (designers, printers, event organizers) and internal colleagues across countries to align messaging.
• Track and report on marketing performance, providing input for budget planning and future initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a generalist marketing role, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
• Excellent command of English (proficient) and strong writing skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and travel occasionally for events.
