Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The International School of Athens seeks a proactive Marketing & Communications Manager to enhance the school’s brand, digital presence and student enrolment. The role combines strategic planning, content creation and community engagement to support the school’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications strategy
• Manage the school website, social media channels and digital marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for digital, print, photo and video platforms
• Lead communications, PR, media relations and ensure brand consistency
• Plan and promote school events and community‑engagement initiatives
• Support Admissions through lead generation, CRM and email nurturing
• Monitor market trends, competitors, analytics and campaign performance
• Develop marketing collateral while adhering to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, media and external partners

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing/communications experience, preferably in education
• Strong digital marketing, social media and content‑creation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Experience with website management, analytics and CRM systems
• Strong analytical, organizational and project‑management abilities
