Marketing Brand Manager – Luxury Division

About the role

The Marketing Brand Manager will lead strategic planning, development and execution of marketing and communications for Kalogirou Greece & Cyprus and its luxury monobrand boutiques (Chloé, Jimmy Choo, Ferragamo, Tod’s). The role ensures a consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints while supporting outlet and online outlet marketing alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans for the assigned luxury brand portfolio.
• Plan and coordinate integrated ATL & BTL campaigns, retail activations, events, partnerships and special projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day PR activities, media relations and product placements in collaboration with agencies.
• Lead social media strategy and content direction together with the Creative & Digital teams.
• Coordinate local marketing activities for each monobrand boutique, ensuring alignment with international brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, sales performance and campaign KPIs to optimise marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of relevant marketing experience in fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Greek.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
• Experience using Meta Business Suite for social media management.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools for performance tracking.
