Marketing Brand Manager – Luxury Division

About the role

The Marketing Brand Manager will lead brand marketing, ATL/BTL activities, social media, PR, influencer relations and events for the luxury portfolio (Haralas, Michael Kors, Hogan). The role ensures consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints and drives brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans for Haralas, Michael Kors and Hogan.
• Coordinate ATL & BTL campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, retail, events and partnerships.
• Support social media strategy and content planning in collaboration with Creative and Digital teams.
• Organise events, launches, VIP activations and other retail marketing initiatives.
• Manage day‑to‑day influencer activity, including gifting, product placements and collaborations.
• Assist PR activities with agencies, handling media requests and editorial opportunities.
• Oversee in‑store communication, POS materials and visual implementation.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for international brand teams, supporting campaign approvals and co‑funded initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, Digital and CRM teams to execute integrated marketing and monitor KPIs, sales performance and spend.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, designers, brands and seasonal collections.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Greek.

Required skills

• Experience with GA4.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
