Maintenance Manager – Hotel Facility Operations

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will ensure optimal operation of all hotel facilities and efficiently organise the Maintenance Department, maintaining high standards of health, safety and service while monitoring operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Degree from a Technical School (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, preferably in large hotel properties
• Excellent knowledge of pumping stations, mechanical plant rooms and modern technical systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems and installations, basic knowledge of heating systems and LPG, and general construction skills

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, perceptiveness and insight
• Attention to detail, professionalism, reliability and accountability
• Results‑oriented with project‑management capability
