About the role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook A who will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (appetizers, main courses, desserts) following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure high levels of quality, flavor, and consistency.
• Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Required profile

• Has previous experience as a Cook A or Line Cook.
• Holds a culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
• Has strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation.
• Performs well in fast‑paced environments.
• Pays close attention to detail and quality.
• Is flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Has strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
