Luxury Hotel Receptionist – Mykonos

About the role

As the first point of contact at Fouquet’s Mykonos, you will represent the Barrière Group’s luxury standards, welcoming guests to a Mediterranean retreat of 60 suites and private villas. The role combines front‑desk operations with personalized guest service in a high‑end resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seamless check‑in and check‑out procedures in line with Barrière’s hospitality standards.
• Handle reservations, room allocations, billing, and cash/credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Provide tailored recommendations on hotel facilities, restaurants, transportation and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring full satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily with Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance and other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Maintain precise guest records and process administrative tasks using the Opera property management system.
• Uphold compliance with Barrière Group standards, LQA requirements and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or front‑desk roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury resort environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (property management system).
