Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

Par. Seitanidis S.A is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join its Thessaloniki office. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end logistics process, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, shipping, and receiving activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations from order fulfilment to shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Manager and Product Manager on daily processes and planning.
• Monitor and follow up the entire logistics workflow to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the logistics cycle.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as an Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Logistics is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
