Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

About the role

STARK, a defense technology company focused on autonomous systems, is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to support its supply chain operations in Thessaloniki. You will help ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows, maintain accurate inventory, and support production teams with timely material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound goods processes, including receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping.
• Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and document deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal projects and manufacturing.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Engineering to ensure material supply.
• Provide general logistics support and assist during bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Initial experience in warehouse logistics, goods receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Independent, careful, and structured work style.
• Reliability, teamwork orientation, and high sense of responsibility.
• Physical resilience and good manual skills.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team work.

Required skills

• Forklift license (advantage).
• Familiarity with standard warehouse management software or ERP systems (advantage).
