Warehouse Administrator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Join us as Warehouse Administrator and grow within a dynamic global team! The Warehouse Administrator supports day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with quality, health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute order picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch activities accordingli.
• Receive incoming goods and perform quantity and quality verification checks.
• Register goods and transactions accurately in company systems.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of products according to warehouse standards.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate product shipments.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders about shipment schedules, delays or issues.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; logistics or supply‑chain education is an asset.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or inventory management.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
