Live‑in Housekeeper & Estate Caretaker Couple – Beachfront Estate in Greece

About the role

We are seeking a reliable couple to live on‑site and act as the day‑to‑day guardians of a private beachfront estate in mainland Greece. You will reside in a self‑contained apartment on the property and be responsible for keeping the house, grounds, gardens, animals and outdoor areas safe, tidy and well maintained throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor estate security, keep pathways clean and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Perform light exterior maintenance and basic repairs on the main house.
• Maintain gardens, lawns, a vegetable garden and general landscaping.
• Clean and service barbecue areas and outdoor equipment.
• Provide daily care for chickens, dogs and cats, including feeding, health checks and cleaning enclosures.

Required profile

• Practical, handy and comfortable with general maintenance and repairs.
• Experience with gardening, small‑scale farming and animal care.
• Trustworthy, discreet and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Couple willing to share responsibilities and commit to a long‑term live‑in arrangement.
