About the role

A prestigious private household in Kavouri, Athens is looking for an experienced and highly professional Butler to join its existing team. The role is live‑out and involves managing daily household operations and providing top‑level service to the family.

Key responsibilities

• House management and coordination of daily household operations
• Supervision and coordination of the existing household team
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the residence
• All‑around housekeeping duties when required
• Formal and informal silver service
• Serving and hosting during family meals and private functions
• Preparation and serving of drinks and cocktails
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, organisation and discretion
• Assisting with the overall day‑to‑day needs of the household

Required profile

• Proven professional experience as a Butler, preferably within a private household or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of household management and team supervision
• Excellent service, hosting and silver‑service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent Greek and English
• Professional appearance, discretion, reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of an established household team
• Comfort working in a large private estate with multiple staff and pets
• Must be based in Greece and hold all necessary legal work authorisation
