Key Account Manager – Away From Home (Greece)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Key Account Manager – Away From Home for Greece, with a genuine passion for the coffee business, to drive positive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales objectives, supporting company growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, executing strategic plans in your area.
• Liaise with customers, generate new business opportunities, and serve new accounts across cafés, quick‑service restaurants, hotels, and offices.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maximise growth.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Manage the assigned budget to meet annual volume and value targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and analyse customer profiles to support business proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or Master’s considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of commercial B2B experience, preferably in the coffee market.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and numerical abilities.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Greece.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
