Junior Service Desk Engineer – IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Service Desk Engineer to join our IT team at our Athens headquarters. You will provide first‑line desktop support to corporate users and help ensure a secure, reliable computing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver desktop support to corporate users as part of an IT engineering team.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems and software.
• Monitor and manage desktop security across the organization.
• Collaborate with the corporate IT team on the rollout of new IT services.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience working with desktop or laptop hardware.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
