Junior Office Administrator & Personal Assistant (Maritime Business Development)

About the role

We are looking for an organized junior professional to support the Managing Director of IML Marine in day‑to‑day activities while gaining insight into the maritime business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, emails, travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
• Contact shipping companies to follow up on proposals, schedule meetings and maintain communication.
• Keep the Zoho CRM up‑to‑date with contacts, calls, meetings and next steps.
• Support the business development team with data entry and follow‑up calls.
• Handle general office tasks such as supplier coordination, expense tracking, document preparation and presentations.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in office administration, sales support or a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Greek.
• Confident phone communication with senior managers.
• Organised, reliable and able to follow tasks through.
• Interest in the shipping industry (a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Experience with a CRM system (Zoho is a plus).
