Junior Key Account Manager – FMCG Sales

About the role

Join a leading FMCG company as a Junior Key Account Manager and work directly with supermarkets, wholesalers and key retail partners. You will be part of a dynamic commercial team, responsible for driving growth and executing brand strategies across the Greek market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with buyers, regional and store managers.
• Ensure brand strategies are executed flawlessly, coordinating field sales agents.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct business analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and maintain regular contact with customers to foster business expansion.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results from day one.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc, MSc or MBA) with a proactive, analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Completed or exempted from military service (if applicable) and holder of a valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel 4‑5 days per month.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
