Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role

SOYA HELLAS S.A. is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join its headquarters in Athens. The role offers hands‑on experience across IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, servers and the Entersoft ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st level IT support to employees across the organization.
• Support users of the Entersoft ERP system, including basic troubleshooting and issue investigation.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and other IT equipment.
• Maintain hardware, peripherals, cabling and network connections, and troubleshoot basic LAN, switches, routers and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Assist with server maintenance, monitoring and IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Install and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Coordinate with external IT partners for complex technical issues.

Required profile

• Degree or studies in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or a similar position.
• Good command of English and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with willingness to learn and develop across both IT infrastructure and business applications.

Required skills

• PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, cabling).
• Windows operating system administration.
• Microsoft 365 suite.
• Entersoft ERP configuration and user support.
• SQL and database fundamentals.
