IT Project Manager (Agile / Scrum)

About the role

Are you a seasoned IT professional with expertise in project management? Join us in Athens or work remotely as an IT Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in the life‑cycle of Agile software implementation and maintenance projects, coordinating and communicating effectively to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and plan project activities, and compile activity reports for the client.
• Monitor project dependencies, effort, tasks, resources and timescales, and manage issues to ensure overall quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, protect the team’s focus and coach them to deliver story points and meet sprint goals.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and ensure clear communication across all directions.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Agile Project Management for e‑Government projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps platforms.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• AgilePM, PSM I, PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
