Field Technician

About the role

Neurosoft, a leading Managed Services Provider in Greece, is looking for a Field Technician to perform on‑site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of customer equipment. The role supports both private and public sector projects and works in shifts between 08:00 and 22:00.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and field modifications on customer equipment according to manufacturer or client instructions, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Install, modify, uninstall, test and repair hardware or software on customer premises.
• Stage, test, clean and repair equipment in company premises following manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain service logs, update knowledge databases and report incidents in real time.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Centre, Helpdesk and Warehouse to resolve issues and manage spare parts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or IEK Diploma in Informatics, Networks or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with PC or payment‑machine maintenance; experience with satellite equipment, content management or structured cabling is a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken) and possession of a valid type‑B driving licence.
• Availability to work in shifts and ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
