Junior Buyer

About the role

Inventor A.G. A.E., a leading Greek company in air‑conditioning and electrical appliances, is seeking a Junior Buyer to support its procurement activities. You will work closely with the Product Director and the management team to ensure timely and accurate purchasing of materials and supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective system for monitoring purchase orders.
• Prepare and deliver a weekly purchase order report, including invoice numbers for closed orders.
• Coordinate with the management team to verify deliveries match assigned orders and flag any back‑ordered or missing items.
• Assist the Product Director in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Communicate order details clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior Buyer or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in English.
• Own a vehicle for local logistics.

Required skills

• Experience using ENTERSOFT or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with purchase order software platforms.
• Good attention to detail and basic math abilities for accurate calculations.
