Italian‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role is hybrid – three days in the office and two days remote after an initial five‑month on‑site period – and focuses on high‑volume B2B outreach across the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales activities from prospecting to hand‑over.
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media, with video meetings as the core activity.
• Identify and approach alternative decision‑makers using lead‑generation tools.
• Build, maintain and nurture a healthy sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and transfer high‑quality opportunities to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with response‑time SLAs and sales cadences.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian with C1‑level English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Experience in tech or digital advertising is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Comfortable conducting client‑facing video calls daily.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Performance‑driven mindset with a focus on targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
