About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company as an Italian‑speaking Sales Advisor based in Athens. This hybrid, full‑time position involves delivering high‑quality customer service across multiple channels while supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call‑handling KPIs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer accounts and interactions.
• Adhere to communication procedures and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Italian.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong customer‑service experience across multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening.
• High computer literacy and ability to work with several systems simultaneously.
• Effective multitasking, time‑management, and prioritisation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
