Italian-speaking Sales Advisor (Remote, Greece)

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO provider operating remotely from Greece. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels and delivering high‑quality service while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails in Italian.
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and maintain detailed interaction records.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs, including call‑handling metrics.
• Ensure compliance with communication procedures and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Italian and at least B2 level English.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales across multiple channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication with active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.

Required skills

• High computer literacy and ability to operate several systems simultaneously.
