Italian Speaking B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Concentrix Greece is looking for an Italian‑speaking B2B Sales Representative to join its multicultural team of #GameChangers. You will engage with small‑to‑medium businesses, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions that drive productivity and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients via phone and email.
• Manage and report on your sales pipeline daily.
• Consult with SMBs to identify needs and implement customized sales strategies.
• Close deals and achieve monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
• Strong competitive drive and a track record of creating and closing business.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Team player who can collaborate in an international, multicultural environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of problem detection and resolution.
