Arabic‑Speaking Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join our digital advertising team in Athens. You will proactively contact advertisers, uncover their needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and first‑contact engagements.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers, establish relevance and generate interest.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling to identify challenges and recommend digital advertising solutions.
• Translate early‑stage interest into clear, commercially viable sales opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain pipeline activity, follow‑ups and use CRM tools to track performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven outbound or B2B sales experience.
• Native or near‑native Arabic with fluent English.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and targets.
• Ability to handle objections, rejection and re‑engage prospects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales enablement tools and dashboards.
• Familiarity with pipeline management platforms.
