Italian-Speaking B2B Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens. The role focuses on outbound outreach to small and medium‑sized businesses, identifying needs, qualifying leads and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities through phone and email.
• Contact prospective and existing business clients.
• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Engage with decision‑makers to understand business needs.
• Present relevant products and solutions and explain features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients.

Required profile

• Native‑level or C1 proficiency in Italian.
• C1 Business English proficiency.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive and customer‑oriented approach.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud services.
• Good PC and internet skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
