IT Service Desk Agent – Dutch & French Speaking (Remote, Greece)

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch and French‑speaking IT Service Desk Agent to provide first‑line technical support to end users in an enterprise environment. The role is fully remote within Greece and involves handling tickets, troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 technologies, and delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, prioritize and manage IT support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, Citrix and other end‑user tools.
• Gather information, assess impact and urgency, and work towards resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate technical teams while keeping users informed.
• Document incidents, steps taken and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other technical teams as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch; good command of English; French is a plus.
• Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk roles.
• Strong logical and analytical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
