IT Project Manager

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join its Technology Consulting practice in Greece. You will work with diverse client teams, delivering high‑impact IT solutions across multiple industries while operating under a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Define project strategies, plans, tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality control and risk management.
• Guide project activities, review deliverables, and coordinate functional and technical working groups.
• Estimate costs, timelines and resource needs; monitor progress against plans and report status.
• Manage change‑control procedures and obtain sponsor approvals for project revisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Waterfall, Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑10 years of professional experience in IT solutions project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Willingness to continuously learn and expand technical and business expertise.
• Availability to travel as required.
