IT Project Manager

About the role

EY is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its Technology Consulting practice in Greece. You will lead project delivery for diverse clients, managing the full lifecycle of IT solutions in Waterfall, Agile or hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define project strategies, plans, tasks, deliverables and quality controls, including risk analysis and status reporting.
• Guide project activities, review deliverables and coordinate functional and technical working groups.
• Estimate costs, timelines and resources, monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed.
• Manage change control procedures and ensure solutions meet agreed criteria.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑10 years of experience in IT solutions project management.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects abroad.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project tools.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
