IT Cyber Security Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

Deloitte’s Thessaloniki Competence Center is looking for an IT Cyber Security Engineer to join its Internal Services department. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work on large‑scale projects for global clients while collaborating directly with Deloitte Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Support service improvements and IT/Cyber change‑incident processes.
• Collate, automate and deliver security reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor security incidents, including problem solving with third‑party vendors.
• Provide 2nd line of defense and audit support according to agreed principles.
• Maintain and develop existing IT cyber‑security products.
• Assist infrastructure and project teams with security architecture, design and concepts.
• Ensure project objectives comply with security standards and provide project assurance.
• Own security product lifecycle and lead Geo War Gaming exercises.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong team player with ambition to grow in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to acquire relevant security certifications.
