International Projects & Operations Specialist

About the role

Melissa Kikizas S.A., a leading FMCG company in Greece, is seeking a detail‑oriented International Projects & Operations Specialist for its Export Department. Reporting to the Export Area Manager, you will coordinate end‑to‑end international projects, focusing on new product development and successful market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage private‑label projects from onboarding through launch and ongoing management.
• Coordinate QA, R&D, packaging, supply chain, customer service, manufacturing, legal and marketing teams for new product development.
• Oversee retailer platform compliance, including product specifications, artwork, nutritional information, regulatory and sustainability standards.
• Drive operational activities to production readiness and first shipment.
• Organise and participate in customer visits, factory tours, presentations and hospitality events.
• Manage company participation in international food exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Synchronise multiple stakeholders across concurrent international projects.
• Monitor budgets and forecasting to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA or Master’s considered an asset).
• 4‑6 years of experience in operational management, project management or international business.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proven track record in executing projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP architecture.
