Electrical & Automation Projects Manager

About the role

TITAN Group is seeking an Electrical & Automation Projects Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the electrical and automation scope for assigned Group technical projects. You will work closely with internal engineers and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the E&A budget and schedule, reporting progress, cost and risk to the Electrical Department Manager and project governance.
• Define the E&A scope, including P&IDs, I/O and signal lists, and functional analysis, collaborating with the Design Team and Business Unit Process Departments.
• Lead the procurement process for E&A, from technical specifications to partner selection, contract management and handling variations and claims.
• Direct E&A design, covering DCS/PLC control strategies and BIM integration, and oversee site works ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Support commissioning, start‑up and prepare comprehensive project hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Integrated master’s degree (5‑year Diploma) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic University, registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation on industrial and EPC projects, with proven project‑management expertise.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel frequently within Greece and internationally.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Cost control, earned‑value and risk management techniques.
• DCS/PLC control strategy development and BIM integration.
• Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
• Procurement and contract management, including handling variations and claims.
