International Logistics Operator

About the role

Aeromet Hellas Ltd is seeking an International Logistics Operator to coordinate international shipments, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery for maritime clients. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Moskháton and involves close collaboration with internal teams, agents and airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Register new orders in the operational system ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate international air and sea shipments.
• Communicate with overseas agents, partners and customers.
• Monitor shipments from origin to arrival.
• Handle shipping documentation and follow‑ups.
• Organize material handling activities and monitor inventory.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Required profile

• Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or maritime services.
• Knowledge of logistics management and dispatching.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions and support maritime clients.
