Europe Warehousing Operations Coordinator

About the role

Join the Warehouse Centre of Excellence at Procter & Gamble in Aspropyrgos, Athens, and coordinate the operations of European Distribution Centers from Greece. You will help centralize, standardize and digitalize warehousing processes across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse operations work processes and digital solutions, ensuring high operational standards.
• Document and train end‑users on processes, and lead individual projects that drive meaningful impact.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a BSc in Technical, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Completed or exempt from military service (if applicable).

Required skills

• Power BI and PowerApps (plus).
• Experience with SAP QM, SAP QR, Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Basic knowledge of Production Execution and Transportation Operations.
