International Logistics Operator

About the role

TRANSITAeromet Hellas Ltd is seeking a full‑time International Logistics Operator to work on‑site in Moskháton. The role involves coordinating international air and sea shipments, managing forwarding and customs documentation, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery for maritime clients.

Key responsibilities

• Register new orders in the operational system with accurate information.
• Coordinate international air and sea shipments from origin to arrival.
• Communicate with overseas agents, airline partners and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and track inventory related to each order.
• Handle shipping documentation, customs procedures and follow‑ups.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes for cost‑efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics management and dispatching of international shipments.
• Strong customer service skills to support maritime clients and resolve inquiries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external partners.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills for documentation and time‑sensitive shipments.
• Previous experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or maritime services is highly beneficial.
