Insurance Business Consulting Associate (Experienced)

About the role

PwC Greece is looking for an Insurance Operations Associate to join its Insurance Business Consulting team in Athens. You will work on management‑consulting, M&A and strategic project‑management engagements for leading insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive market research and translate data into actionable client insights.
• Prepare high‑caliber presentations, reports and state‑of‑the‑art deliverables.
• Plan, monitor and report on project delivery, managing risks and ensuring team alignment.
• Support strategic PM activities across consulting, transformation and M&A projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Humanities or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in PMO or transformation roles within financial services, preferably insurance or consulting.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Power BI (asset).
• Project‑management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred but not mandatory).
