Inside Sales Representative (Dutch)

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s BPO team in Athens. The role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, upselling, and new product sales while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop deep product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services proactively to drive retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to spot at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, remove obstacles and handle objections effectively.
• Handle a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch with fluent English (minimum B2).
• Proven track record of meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
