Information Technology Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Technician to join our team and provide end‑user support across multiple sites. The role involves deploying, configuring and maintaining Windows 11 devices, handling migrations and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software.

Key responsibilities

• Image, deploy and configure Windows desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals.
• Perform end‑to‑end Windows user migrations, including profile transfer, software inventory and application packaging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, software, printer and peripheral issues.
• Apply desktop patches and updates according to client standards.
• Support site migration activities: packing, transporting, unpacking and setting up IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide on‑site, phone and remote support to end users.
• Coordinate equipment shipping and returns with logistics teams.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during migrations and projects.
• Degree, diploma or equivalent technical qualification.

Required skills

• Windows 11 support and deployment (Windows Autopilot).
• Active Directory (including advanced administration).
• Microsoft Office applications.
• VPN technologies.
• Standard desktop imaging, application packaging and software deployment.
• Basic network troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
• End‑user hardware support.
