Information Technology Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Administrator to join our award‑winning retail team. You will ensure the smooth operation of workstations, networks and cloud services while supporting end‑users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure workstations, peripherals and business applications.
• Monitor network performance, guaranteeing availability and reliability.
• Provide user management, technical support and training for new system users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services and related applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and on‑site.
• Check and maintain computer equipment such as hard drives, mice and keyboards.
• Manage user access, permissions and software requirements across the IT environment.
• Leverage AI tools to improve support efficiency and daily workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, fast‑paced work style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Administration of Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
• Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Practical use of AI tools for IT support.
