Senior Angular Developer (Cyprus or Greece)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Angular Developer to join a fast‑growing team of experienced professionals. You will own the delivery of high‑performance, client‑facing Angular applications while influencing architecture and mentoring colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front‑end applications using the Angular framework.
• Lead test‑driven development, continuous integration and agile delivery practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to maintain code quality.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues and optimise performance.
• Drive unit, integration and automation testing strategies.
• Contribute to system design, technical architecture and front‑end technology choices.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product owners, backend engineers and UX/UI designers to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional JavaScript development experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity, data structures and OOP principles.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews and mentor developers.
• Experience shaping technical architecture and system design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
