About the role

The In‑Residence Dining Waiter delivers a seamless, personalized in‑room dining experience for guests at One&Only Aesthesis, reflecting the resort’s luxury standards and warm hospitality. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role ensures prompt, accurate, and elegant delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms and residences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑room dining orders promptly, accurately, and in line with luxury service standards.
• Prepare trays and trolleys with meticulous attention to presentation, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
• Present meals courteously and professionally, creating a refined in‑room dining experience.
• Verify guest details, room numbers, and order specifics before service.
• Communicate order status, special requests, dietary requirements, and delivery timelines with kitchen and in‑room dining teams.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during and after service, handling concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for timely collection of trays and proper logging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and food‑handling standards.

Required profile
